Seeking roommate for 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite.

Hello! My name is Robyn and my otherwise stellar roommate is moving in with his fiancee soon, so I am searching for a new roommate to join my living situation September 1! I live in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the East side of the city (Tamarack), so you would have 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom to yourself. Shared areas include a balcony, a (largely unused) living room, a laundry room and a kitchen with dishwasher. I work from home weekdays so I would require someone who can accommodate that; a student or someone who works days is ideal but negotiable. Rent is 1700 plus internet and electricity (so $850 plus approximately a hundred per month for your share.) All other utilities are included. DD is $500. As for myself? I am 49, queer and quite a nerdy sort. I mostly keep to myself and am pretty quiet for the most part. Looking for someone who is chill and easy to get along with, while still being reliable.
