Hi everyone! My roommate and I (both female) are currently looking for one more female roommate to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment at The Parks in downtown Edmonton. The move-in would be for late August or the beginning of September. The apartment is in a great location — it's literally on the same block as the Corona LRT station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. There’s also a gym in the building and a supermarket less than a 10-minute walk away. The apartment heating and gas in the rent. It’s not furnished, but it shouldn’t be too difficult. From what we understand, all additional bills (excluding food) would come to no more than $100 per person per month, even if we’re being on the higher end.
