Housemate Wanted - Student/Working Professional

We have three spacious rooms available in our home! Students preferred. Looking for 8 month/ 12 month housemate stays (or longer). If shorter stays are arranged, monthly cost will be greater. MAIN FLOOR: Two spacious rooms Available September 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026 SECOND FLOOR: One spacious room (actually two rooms in one!) Available July 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026 MAIN FLOOR: -has spacious room for two housemates -shared with four people total, myself included, and i am away / travel often. -other housemate is a NAIT student. -big well-equipped kitchen, full bath and half bath. SECOND FLOOR: -has spacious room for one housemate -decent size well-equipped kitchen, -largeest living spacious room, full bath and half bath shared with two other housemates (student at NAIT and full-time electrician apprentice) ABOUT THE HOUSE -The whole home is a triplex -Main floor is a separate unit from second floor unit. -Laundry included in the basement of house -no vaping / smoking - sober home - alcohol and drug free home. -Wifi, water, heat, garbage, etc all included - electricity bill shared. -Monthly cleaner included.
