Hardwood floors throughout, built in desk/workspace on main floor. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Spruce Grove, next to 2 bus stops. There is a cat in the home, and no new pets allowed. Looking for single woman renter, non-smoking, no drug use, must be employed or going to school. Rent is $650 with no internet, or $700 with internet.
