Looking for a clean, responsible, and hardworking individual to rent a room in our quiet 4-bedroom townhome. The room comes with a mini fridge, and you’ll have kitchen access if needed. The bathroom is shared, but you’ll have your own private room. It’s just me and my 21-year-old daughter, and we’re both not home often. We value a peaceful, clean environment and are looking for someone who respects that.
